Inquiries and subscriptions

We collect the contact details, inquiry text, interests and consent choices you submit. We also record the originating page, available campaign information and submission time. Inquiries and briefing requests are stored in FOMO’s database for authorized site administrators to review. This site does not automatically forward those records to another finance site or advisor firm. Optional phone permission and optional briefing consent are recorded separately.

Research kits and directory contacts

Research-kit requests include the companies you selected and your consent choices. The download is prepared from your selected public company tickers after your request is saved. Public directory business contacts come from linked professional sources or supplied historical records; please report outdated information. Opening a mail or telephone link uses your chosen application and does not submit an introduction request to FOMO. We do not automatically share kit requests with listed professionals.

Saved research

Your saved companies, stories, themes, events, tool results and notes are stored on FOMO. Signed-in records use your authenticated account identifier. Guest records use a random identifier in an essential browser cookie, which normally lasts one year. Clearing that cookie loses access to guest records. Guest saves and signed-in saves are separate. You can export and remove your saved entries from My Radar. Saving research does not submit an inquiry.

Calculators and reader responses

Pasted holdings and price series are calculated in the page. Results are uploaded only when you choose Save. A price-history request sends the selected public ticker to our server and configured market-data provider. Theme polls store your selected response with your account or guest identifier; only aggregate counts are public. Cookie resets can affect poll uniqueness.

Email and your choices

When configured, an email service provider handles requested inquiry replies, notifications and confirmation messages. Briefings require separate consent and confirmation; delivery status is shown on the subscription form. Email preference links let recipients stop automated messages. Price alerts require a signed-in account and separate consent. You may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of contact permission through the form below.

Operation and access

Hosting and authentication providers process information needed to operate the site. Authorized administrators can access inquiry records. The application uses a temporary hash of a network identifier to limit abuse, rather than storing a raw IP address in inquiry records. Session storage preserves campaign context. A reading-history preference may be stored in your browser. This site does not add advertising pixels.

Public contributions and external links

Community submissions are stored for moderation. Approved contributions display the chosen public author name and content. Linked publishers and company websites have their own practices. Do not include account numbers, passwords, identity documents, confidential employer records or other sensitive material in forms or journal entries.

Retention and requests

Records are retained for site operations and handling your requests, subject to deletion requests and applicable recordkeeping needs. No system can guarantee absolute security. We may need to verify a privacy request before acting.
